内容記述 | Edogawa University students have been participating in English and cultural study abroad programme since our founding. They have thought much of the fruitful experiences they got in some foreign countries. Most of the graduates are very active in the various kinds of fields abroad as well as in Japan. Their features show us how impressive the training progrommes are. The programmes tell us about what they have given the participants as one of the methods of experiential education: how greatly the participants have improved their English ability to communicate with other people, enlarged their global viewpoint, and gained their deep insight into their way of life. The personal experiences and thoughts of the students are reported in the journal which is published every year and two kinds of questionnaires which are sent out before and after the training tour. Their voices give us many useful advices for planning the training programme: how do we teach them in order that they can communicate with other people in English so effectively, or how can we introduce the social and cultural features of the foreign countries from the global point of view. This report paper contains their voices gotten by two kinds of questionnaires and several improvements for planning the training programme according to the result of the questionnaires. |
