キャリア教育の充実の視点から，工業高校2年生におけるインターンシップの教育効果を高めるために，「インターンシップ感想文」と「キャリア・パスポート」の記述内容及び「生徒の自己評価」を，共通科目計15単位と各学科専門科目計14単位の1学期期末考査の結果を基に成績上位群・下位群に分けて，テキストマイニング分析と分散分析で検討した。今後のインターンシップに向けての改善点を検討し，次の3点を明らかにした。⑴「インターンシップ感想文」の分析結果から，成績上位群は，作業内容といった事実と共に，作業の遂行に必要な資質・能力に目を向けて，振り返りを行っていた。⑵「キャリア・パスポート」の分析結果から，成績上位群の多くは，インターンシップを通して，キャリアプランニング能力に関連した内容を記述していた。⑶生徒の自己評価の分析結果から，インターンシップ活動を行うことで，生徒はUDGs(U Development Goals: U工業高校が学校設定目標として設定した「より良い人生のための17の目標」，自己課題の発見と解決を目的として，U工業高校が学校設定目標として設定した育成を目指す資質・能力）に関する力が伸長したと考えたことが示唆された。また，キャリア教育を充実させるために，「自己理解・自己管理能力」や「キャリアプランニング能力」に着眼したインターンシップの振り返りを行う重要性が推察された。 |

From the perspective of enhancing career education, in order to increase the educational effectiveness of internships for second-grade technical Upper Secondary School students, the contents of the “Internship Impressions” and “Career Passports” and “Student Self-Evaluations” were examined using text mining analysis and analysis of variance, dividing the students into high and low performing groups based on the results of the end-of-first-semester regular exams for a total of 15 credits of general subjects and 14 credits of specialized subjects for each department. We considered perspectives for future improvements and identified the following three points. ⑴Analysis of the “Internship Impressions” showed that the top performers reflected on their work by focusing on the qualities and abilities required to carry out the work, as well as facts such as the content of the work. ⑵ Analysis of the “Career Passport” showed that the top performers wrote many entries related to their career planning abilities through their internships. (3) Analysis of students' self-evaluations suggest that students believed that participating in the internship activities improved their abilities related to the UDGs (17 goals for a better life set by U Technical Upper Secondary School as school goals, the qualities and abilities that U Technical Upper Secondary School focuses on and aims to develop with the aim of discovering and resolving personal challenges). In order to enrich career education, it was also inferred that it is important for students to reflect on their internship with a focus on “self-understanding and self-management skills” and “career planning skills”. |
