| 内容記述 | 本研究は，臨床心理士養成指定大学院附属心理相談室の料金の比較を通して，心理面接の料金の意義について考察することを目的とする。公益財団法人日本臨床心理士資格認定協会が認定している第一種指定大学院及び専門職大学院153 校の心理相談室のホームページから料金を調査した。初回面接，継続面接，親子並行面接の料金の地域差を比較するために，独立変数を地域，従属変数を料金とする対応のない一要因の分散分析を行った。その結果，初回面接料金の地域ごとの比較では，統計的に有意な主効果が認められた。継続面接料金の地域ごとの比較では，統計的に有意な主効果が認められた。Tukey のHSD 検定による多重比較の結果，東北地方が四国地方よりも料金の平均が有意に高いこと，さらに中部地方が四国地方よりも料金の平均が有意に高かった。親子並行面接料金の地域ごとの比較では，統計的に有意な主効果は見られなかった。地域差が見られた理由として，心理相談室の料金を決める教員の心理臨床の考え方の違いと地域の経済差が考えられる。最後に，これからの心理士養成において，心理相談室の存在意義を再考する必要性について考察した。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aims to examine the significance of fees for psychological counseling by comparing the fees of psychological counseling centers affiliated with graduate schools designated for the training of clinical psychologists. We collected data on fees from the websites of 153 graduate schools and professional graduate schools designated by the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Japanese Association for the Certification of Clinical Psychologists. An independent-samples one-way ANOVA was conducted to compare regional differences in fees for initial interviews, ongoing interviews, and parallel parent-child interviews, with region as the independent variable and fee as the dependent variable. The results showed a significant main effect for region in the comparison of initial interview fees. A significant main effect for region was also found in the comparison of ongoing interview fees. Post-hocTukey’s HSD tests revealed that the average fee in the Tohoku region was significantly higher than that in the Shikoku region, and the average fee in the Chubu region was also significantly higher than that in the Shikoku region. No significant main effect was found for region in the comparison of parallel parent-child interview fees. Possible reasons for the regional differences include differences in clinical psychological perspectives among university faculty members who determine the fees of psychological counseling centers and regional economic disparities. Finally, we discuss the need to reconsider the significance of psychological counseling centers in the training of psychologists. | |||||||||||
