| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，内部障害者との接触経験と個人が有する障害者への象徴的偏見の関連について検討することであった。499 名を対象にWeb 調査を行い，内部障害者との接触経験の有無と障害者象徴的偏見尺度への回答を求めた。その結果，内部障害者との接触経験を尋ねたところ，「経験がない」との回答が多数を占め，日常生活において内部障害者との接触する／した経験は総じて少ないことが明らかになった。また，接触経験と象徴的偏見の関連について検討した結果，「個人主義」において経験の有無による差異が認められた。本研究では，経験の有無と障害者に対する象徴的偏見の2 者関係を検討したが，個人の価値観や生活上のその他の経験が障害者への象徴的偏見を規定する可能性もあるといえよう。このことから，他の変数を含めた包括的検討が必要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study explores the relationship between interactions with individuals who have internal disabilities and the symbolic ableism individuals may hold toward people with disabilities. An online survey was administered to 499 participants, and asked whether they had any experience interacting with such individuals and requested their responses to the Japanese version of the Symbolic Ableism Scale (SAS-J). When asked about their experiences interacting with individuals who have internal disabilities, the majority of respondents answered“ no,” which indicates that people generally have limited experience with such individuals in their daily lives. Furthermore, an analysis of the elationship between interaction experience and symbolic prejudice revealed differences in“ individualism” based on whether such experiences were present. We examined the relationship between interacting with people with disabilities and symbolic prejudice against them. However, it is also possible that individual values and other life experiences play a role in shaping symbolic ableism toward people with disabilities. This suggests that a more comprehensive study incorporating additional variables is needed. | |||||||||
