Details of workers’ issues were clarified and used to define the contexts of these issues. Analysis of training worksheets completed during workshop training by 13 workers describing their worries and perceived difficulties clarified the following categories of issues:interactions with parents, interactions with children, client-centered support, coordination with other facilities, and other issues.
